I wouldn't know what I was looking at if someone showed me a seismological chart of activity of several days leading up to 9/11 and then the days following. Yes, you could compare what happened on 9/11 to the prior and following days, but you'd need to make sure the measurement sensitivity was enough to pick up the collapse of a building and/or that the measuring device was close enough to the collapse for it to register.
